So I've been trying to figure out my mpg issue and I've done every mod and upgrade that causes mpg loss. I've come to the conclusion I have an issue with my PCM. About 1.5yrs ago I was on I-80 and my truck died. Long story short the Ford dealer it was taken to said the pcm was bad so a remanned one was installed. Since then my 17mpg stock truck has gone to 14mpg with any possible mod to help with mpg. The only code/numbers that are on my remanned pcm are: Ford part #F5SB-14A624-AA. And this number is the same number of an O'Reillys remanned pcm: 788618F. Anyone suggestions?

Does it have a white sticker on the plastic part that fits through the firewall? On my PCM that sticker also had a 4-digit code.

The only white sticker shows the date of the remanned pcm and the number 788618F.
