Sorry for the tardy response! I used a Goodyear 49219 tensioner and I think the belt is a Goodyear or Continental 4081190. Cheers!

The belt I bought is a little longer then the one I'm trying to replace , Unfortunately there is no number on the old belt...

If you had all your truck's details in your signature, we might be able to help you more.

Was sold a Motorcraft JK81195 belt but it's not right .

That's only ~1/2" longer than my truck's belt (which is the same as Patrick's). The last 4 digits are the length in 10ths of an inch, so the belt you bought is about 119.5 inches. The digit before that is the number of ribs.
