Tried to program my truck and it identifies the truck, acceses the PCM and then goes to communication error. The diagnostics work fine. Edge said the programmer neede updated. Sent it to them and got it back. Same problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Sounds like they sent it back without updating. Mine did the same. thing but they fixed it the first time.

Problem solved. I tried the programmer again this morning and had the passenger door open and everything worked. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I had the same problem, no pedal, no power, and couldent get over 45MPH, Edge sent me two programmers, next day by air, one to return the truck to stock and a brand new one with the two updates, I called Monday morning, come Tuesday the truck was on the road again. All Edge wanted was my old programmer and the one to return to stock back, the Edge techs name was nate Ext. 127 if you ever have problems again, I dont think you will with an updated programmer but who knows. The best part about it, there was no cost to me.

I find that the race setting is fun to play with but the truck seems to get the best power responce all round from the TOW setting. The diagnostic feature is nice as is the monitering capabilty.
