I just ordered anEdge Insight CTS2 with the turbo timer. When setting up the turbo timer, what does it uses for reference for the temperature (oil, coolant, EGT temp)? Also what temperature would you set it at? I rather use temperature vs time to shut the truck off.

I have a 2011 F350 6.7L

It will use either EGT or time as you set up the device. Honestly the turbo timer isn't needed with the CTS2. You should be able to select some of the OEM EGT PIDs for your system. Then just wait till it drops under 375*F, shut the motor down.
