The orange hose on the EGR cooler is leaking when it is cold outside. What is the solution? There is no oil in my coolant (I had it tested), so there shouldn't be a head gasket issue right? With all my mods, I doubt they will do this under warranty, right?

Read this. That should walk you through the process of changing it yourself. And you are correct, they probably won't do it under warranty with your mods.

I don't quite understand from the article.

It looks like you take out the turbo and pedestal, turn the hose so the "1" is up, and pull it off. Is this right? Where do the o-rings go?

FYI parts needed to fix leaking hose with out removing the turbo.

hose - 4C4Z-8592-AA
"O" ring - 3C3Z-9N693-EA
"O" ring - 3C3Z-9N693-FA

Remove the CAC tube from turbo.
You will need an off set torx to get to one of the screws on the housing.
Tip put the hose on the housing first before sliding on to the EGR tube.
Make sure to clean the EGR tube to make it slide easier.

I don't have any patience - that's why I'm not a doctor :jester:

I see where I am confused now. Why are you taking the cover off?

in order to get the new hose back on.
The clearances won't allow the new one to be crammed back on with out removing the cover.
