Hey I just installed a pyrometer gage and an boost gage. I was just wanting to know what is a good temp to watch for before shut down?

Pyrometer in the exhaust manifold?
If so, I like to see 350* or less in the winter.
<390* in the summer.
If I just got done working the engine, I like to see these temps above for about 5 minutes or so, before shutting her down.
