Looks like a good deal to me, cheaper than the aftermarket I used, and it comes with injector o-rings, glow plugs and oil cooler, which probably be around $500 separate. The kit I used had Fel Pro gaskets, which are usually good gaskets, but one of the front engine cover spaghetti gaskets leaked coolant into the oil, and wiped out my bearings (and turbo). I caught it before it blew up, and replaced the bearings and resealed the front cover using factory ford gaskets, which looked much better, and filled the machined grooves in my front cover much better than the fel pro, cost much more, but since I put it back together, hasn't leaked. The ford kit does not say that it is avail. with undersize rods and mains, but they may be avail, and may not be necessary if your crank is in good cond. The ford kit also does not come with wrist pin bushings, but they are probably relatively inexpensive. I would tear down your motor and mic everything, and if the sizes of parts you need are available, I would go for it!

I never did like the idea of the harder haed gasket material that fel-pro or victor uses. I like using the soft oem gasket which, in my mind, seals better because it'll conform to irregularities better. Just my opinion.
