It has been a few years since last rebuilt a motor but since my 6.4 has internal issues it must be time to break out the tools.

What I am needing are torque specs and all info I can get on assembly notes.

Engine failure at 185k includes:
Broken roller on lifter
Cam shaft damage
Bent push rod
Valve dented piston

Any tips or building info, where to find building info, would be appreciated.

Wish you much good luck. When my '09 died, did not even consider doing the work. Never did find out what caused the lost compression on #8, but engine would still turn over when I sold it.

Not even sure I would try to rebuild that engine. I hope metal shavings didn't make it too far. Hope it works for you. A haynes manual should be available at an auto parts store. It will be money well spent.
Best of luck comrade.
