I have a slight squeak and people are starting to stare at me. It sounds like it is the spring inside the idler housing. Has anyone ever removed that and greesed the spring? The belt is brand new and all the pullies feel good. Thanks for any help.

Try changing the idler pully or the bearing inside it. Have had this a few times on other vehicles always fixed it that way.
