hey guys,I own a '94 f-350 with a 5.8 and e4od 4x4 and want to put in a 7.3 diesel.Hopefully I can find a wrecked truck for parts,if not can you give me a run down of parts I will need?Also what years of truck would be best to use for parts,wiring etc.? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

So, are you wanting to do a powerstroke swap or an IDI swap? Powerstroke would have more electronics but make more power. The IDI would be way easier, but make less power.

well i'm not sure.I want which ever is more reliable(idi?)but I want to be able to hop it up easily also.

Go with a 12v Cummins, much easier install, and a lot easier to get a ton of power from.
