Hey Guys,

I have made and intake that has ram air up through the hood, and am ordering and exhaust. But What is better, straight pipe, or muffler, i am not planning on turboing it, not anytime soon. I want it to sound good as well. what do you suggest?

straight pipe it may be illeagal in your state then just slip a pipe in your muffler (cheapo) it will be loud but sound great

soon im gonna run duel exhust 3 in out of my 88 7.3 250

it now has a glass pack in the stock muffler position and it sounds good

as long as it looks like your muffler works (not rusted through tightly in place ) it is legal
