My new 2015 is showing 500 to empty on exhaust fluid, but the tank is full, anybody have any suggestions. It also periodically shows a faulty tire sensor message that goes away at every restart. I'm also getting a whopping 12 mpg, my 2012 would get 18 routinely. Truck has 8,000 miles on it.

My prior truck: 2000 F-350 Dually Diesel 7.3 4WD with 3.73 gears - 18 MPG was my standard for 16 years,
My current truck: 2016 F-450 Dually Diesel 6.7 4WD with 4.30 gears - 15 MPG is what i routinely get, calculated manually, not by the computer.
As to DEF usage, i currently have 2300 miles and just hit the 'below 1/2 tank' notice.
I would assume that my heavier curb weight, and shorter gears would have me burning through DEF (and diesel) a bit faster than an f-250 with taller gears.
Net net - i'd say you definitely should bring the truck back to ford for diagnostics.

Tire pressure alerts have been directly related to using cell phone chargers thru the dash 12v port.
