Your signature doesn't say what year but just to confirm you have a gas motor? My gut is telling me it isn't worth it. anyone have an extended warranty. Im thinking 75K, 6 years. They want $2800 for it. Thoughts?
You might want to shop around on-line. I bought a Ford Premium-Care, 6 year, 75K mile plan with a $200 deductible when my truck was brand new for ~$850 less.
I will probably never need it - but I've had post warranty issues with other family vehicles that put a few very deep dents in my finances. So after looking at the labor rates at my local Ford Service - I sleep better at night.

If so, $2,800 is way to high. I paid $2,200 for my 8yr/100k warranty on my diesel which has a $400 or so premium because of the diesel motor.
You can use my contact who I've sent upwards of 100 people to to buy them.. he sells them $100 over cost and you can do 24 month 0% financing on it.
I paid under $2,200 for the Premium Care 8yr/100k with Enhanced 1st day rental and $50 deductible. This is on a diesel as well, not the 6.2 which I believe is a $400+ upcharge. There are many online dealers selling wholesale. The $2,200 I paid is dealer cost.I have a 2012 6.2L w/4.30 axle. I did not buy when new but recently bought a BaseCare ESP from the same dealer for $1800. Purchased right before I came off my 3yr 36000. I tow 5th wheel 10,000 and had thought about a powertrain esp but the basecare was only 100 dollars more. 84components. Hopefully will never need it. But if tranny problems etc come about I have some coverage. Came with $100 deductable. Good for 8yr 100,000 or 2020. It is a Ford esp warranty, so if problems I can go to any Ford dealership U.S.& Canada. Only thing is the warranty starts back when I bought it. So, if buying new might be something to consider. A friend has snow plow business and bought esp's for the fleet and also changes the trans oil very often. He told me watch that trans oil color. when it changes to brown get it changed. Good luck on your choice.
Side note; bought a esp with the 5th wheel rv and it is paying for itself with some appliance coverage.
