Just recently ive noticed a huge loss in fuel per tank. I need some ideas on what i might have a problem with...oil pressure is good and fuel pressure. I have no extra smoke and no oil burn. Need some help on this.....

Winterized diesel? Just a thought.

How much have you lost?

In the winter I go from 620 miles on a fill-up to 500 or less. That is a big dent in the pocket.

I have also lost about 1.5 mpg due to the change in fuels to uls.

I have noticed the same thing in recently in my '96. I am thinking it is the winter diesel.:thdown:

Thats a good possibility but i dont know if the italians winterize there fuel

Where are you? Some places use winterized diesel some don't. Here on the West Side of Washington...we don't. On the East Side of the state they do. Yes winterized diesel can make a difference so can cold weather.
