Under the rear spring pack should be a 4" factory block that has the bump stop built in. This would be the stock rear height.
For the front, my '06 F350 had a 2.5" leveling spacer that sits on top of the front spring. It is probably black, and looks to be a couple inches tall, and sits atop the spring then to the top of the spring frame mount. F350's from the factory seem to sit 2-3 inches higher in the back to begin with. My 2003 was 4" higher in the back on level ground, measured from the top of the tires to the wheel well.
