F350 Stock Suspension Height

I recently bought a 2005 F350 Crew Cab 6.0 and love it. The guy said it had a 3" lift on it, but im not so sure.. Im not sure by looking at the suspension if it has one or not. I dont see anything fancy. Can anyone tell me the stock height to the fender well or something, or another way to check? Thanks Eric

Mine with the supposedly 3" lift is 43" to the rear wheel well and 42" to the front wheel well, and thats with 325 65 r18's... sounds like thats stock huh? It looks like I have the factory 4" block on the rear wheel.. I am mostly interested because I'm not sure if I bought a 3" lift kit or a leveling kit if it would be compatible with what I got now. But if I have stock there should be no issues....
