My trucks less than 11 months old but does have 104,000 miles on it. Started leaking last week. After a little calling, PM'ing Crystal (Ford Service) on here. I got it replaced for $403 out of my pocket. My dealer stocks the radiator and does them installed for $1209. It was a 3 way split, dealer-Ford-me. Still not happy that it failed but at least I didn't pay full price. Thanks Crystal for any part you took in getting some help.

37k replacement here. Just a VERY MINOR drip but I got it covered. It's a known issue since the 6.4L trucks.

Is it the body bushings that cause the radiator to get "crunched" while the truck flexes?

I don't think it's the bushings. Maybe the way the end tanks are installed.

Listed for $65224, was just offered $39k on trade. I bought it on A plan minus the rebates so I got a good deal. It'll have 109,000 on by the middle of next week. By time I'm done with it in another 2 years it'll be worth 15k (my bet). But I'll give it to my kid and get a new one.
