I read how to do the FICM voltage test procedure and went to do it on my truck. The voltage shows to be 47.9 during all phases of the test. I am having an issue where it is rough running with a miss at all times and if I step on it hard it wants to die and restart. A better way to say what is happening is I had a 99 7.3 and when the cam shaft sensor was going out it did exactly what I have now. Any ideas?

Not sure about cam sensor but could be sticky injectors. 47.9 is good its anything below 45-46 that you wanna checker out. Someone will speak up soon be patient.

The SCT is not a good scanner. Try Autozone, etc.
