Filter for Coolant?

I've heard about the cavitation issues our trucks seem to have. In addition to maintenance, would a coolant filter be a good addition?

The cavitation problem was in the 7.3 i have one also where you have to add FW16 to the coolant now to the coolant filter one of the best moves you can make to clean the casting sand and other junk plus the big killer in the 6.0 is the Ford Gold crap coolant the silicates can't take the heat then fall out and plug the oil cooler the 6.4 should be the same. If you are out of warranty you should look into a flush and ELC coolant get a good set of gauges like the new Edge Insight to check deltas EOT-ECT the 6.0 max set by Ford 15* mine after a flush 3* it's all about heat. Here is the coolant filter.
