Hey Gals/Guys,

Well after doing away with my flip chip and ordering up some TW tunes here in Canada...ay... from Craig P, A.K.A NIT I must say that I am VERY impressed. Four position chip, econo, heavy tow, daily driver/light tow and extreme.

I had to laugh and continue to, as Nit sent me a note and he writes: John, please note we are not responsible for the following: transmission, turbo, rearend, tires, tickets or....crashes etc. Haahahhaahaaaa....

Yup after one drive last night I can see the tickets, and the parts and crash potential....well.....jumped up huge...one must know your limits of the right foot....Heh heh....

I'm afraid......as I did not even do a WOT run in the extreme setting Holy.....

Thanks Nit and of course Tony....shall keep you posted of more drivng impressions soon. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif

Thanks again....

Good to see another happy B.C. boy enjoying the added power features of his Stroker! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Nit's got lots of knowledge on the PSD and is a quality guy to keep in touch with.

Enjoy your new found power!

So... about town, city stop and go traffic and being a dickweed..roosting about blowing black smoke and such....combination of all programs but mostly, daily driver and extreme. Hand calculated mileage 18.2 mpg (Imperial gallons of course). Have only driven a 100 miles but I expected way more fuel to be used by the way I was driving...yeehauwww giddy up...

In daily drive/light tow, very smooth power, runs like a totally different vehicle.

In extreme the peddle requires a delicate touch, when spooled pulls hard....fair amount of smoke too...heh heh...trying to keep it under 25lbs of boost it hard....

Gotta refill piggy for turbo as the stocker will not take too much abuse I'm thinkin' Interesting to see how long the TN ceramic BB will take to get out....

I wish I knew how great the chip is. This guy is hard to get in touch with. I'll be ordering one Monday if I here from him again.

I'm assuming either:
1) He's out of town
2) He has more business than he can keep up with
3) He does not have any chips

I talked to him week before last and the last I heard from him was that he would call me back later in the day to tell me what's going on. I've emailed twice, called twice since then. I here great things about his product but I need the chip by this weekend. I guess I'm either SOL or I'll have to do something else. I guess I am not the only one who has had problems getting in touch with Tony.

i want a shirt.
I just sent in my chip to get reporgrammed for my new rose 160's and damn i can't wait.
I was thinking of getting a fuel system to support the injectors, is this a good idea, if not, what other parts should i upgrade first?
Thanks

Firstly, As stated above, he just relocated to around Fort Worth and is busy/hard to get him on the phone.

Secondly, I can assure you if you want an awesome chip, he will fix you up and is very helpful programming to your needs.

I think shiner already knows how mean tony's chip is. I would get a fuel system next at least that is what I did. Plus you can use it as a building block incase you decided to go bigger in the future. Without the fuel bowl in the valley you have a lot more room to work on stuff, and the electric setup is easier to work on if you ever have to replace anything. The order I went at your stage, if you care, was injectors, fuel, big oil and now I would like to step up to a bigger turbo and intercool it. Pretty much just building up to support bigger injectors. Good luck, let us know what you decide on.

I did mine in this order basically, DP, single chip + gauges, intake, IC, Superchip flip chip, injectors, E-fuel and then TW programs over the course of 5 years....

Given the second chip was a "custom burn" from SC and did not account for the injectors (ic) only and therefor not getting the benefit of the added injector potential and now after my TW Programs.....HOOOoooly what was I thinking..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Moonshiner...when I did my E-fuel over the course of this last winter/spring I notices much smoother power to redline smoother idle too. Just pulled a hill yesterday 6-8% grade for 10 kms, (6 Miles) not even comparable to my old programs only hit 1050 Egt. Old tunes same speed, gear would have been 150-200 plus degrees hotter....
