Florida lift law for over 7,500# trucks? Need help....

I am considering taking a job in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I have seen this:

"If your truck's net weight is less than 2,000 pounds, the max bumper height is 24 inches front and 26 inches rear. If it's more 2,000 but less than 3,000, it's 27 front and 29 rear. And if it hits the scales between 3,000 and 5,000 pounds, it's 28 and 30 inches."

I also saw: max height for headlights 54"

My truck is 30" to the bottom of the bumper in the front and 31.5" in the rear.

Head lights are 54" to center.

I have seen some trucks as tall as mine in Clearwater, but nothing of the sort in Fort Lauderdale.

Thanks in advance.

See sig. I lived in Ft Lauderdale until 2 years ago and got pulled over several times for lift... never got a ticket. Truck is over weight for lift laws to apply. They can get you for headlights though. See pics of front end for solution. Never had a problem after putting them on. High/low beam with turn signals. Oakland park has one worm cop who will pull you over every time.

I wired the factory switch into the snow plow lights. The factory lights I rewired to an auxillary switch. When I turned on my lights at the factory switch, my snow plows came on. High/low beams worked as normal with the turn signal arm as stock. Everything worked like it was supposed to.
YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM BUMPER HEIGHT, BUT THEY CAN GET YOU ON HEADLIGHTS.
