I noticed a drip in the front under the frame mounted fuel pump. From the pump back it is dry. From the output hose forward everything is wet. I tried spraying it down and cleaning it up some. I got under there while it was running and couldn't see anything.

So I was wondering if there are any common things to check out or quick fixes.

Looks like you are going about it right, it might have fixed itself. Stranger things have happenned.

I would look up at the fuel filter housing where the fuel supply hose connects. Those vibra-lok (sp?) fittings are known to leak. Also check for cracks in the fuel filter housing. A leak may run down the s.s and hose retrograde to the pump.

I will keep an eye on it and hopefully I can see something as time goes. I doubt it it leaking at the filter bowl. I replaced pretty much all the o-rings on top of the engine and its not leaking anything down into the valley any more.
