Where are the bolts to lower the front bumper 3/16 on an 01? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Look in the same holes as the stock tow hooks. You'll see two black bolts beside each tow hook, just loosen them up a little, and adjust your bumper.

Not sure if they are the same but on my 06 there are also side supports on either side of the bumper that connect to the frame in the wheel wells.

thanks guys, got it. you are both right! had made a chopped up 06 grill and the clreance to the bumper was too close as the bumper was adjusted to the highest position. Lowering it 3/16 did the trick. FYI, if you chop up a grill take off about 1.75 inches. leave about 7/16 of virticle on the bottom chrome bar. I used sabersaw, and a sanding disk to clean up the cut. takes about an hour to do the job.
