i would like to do a 05-07 conversion to my 02. can i just put the bumper and grille on? or do i have to do the headlights? i would like to keep my 02 headlights if i can. Also what about bumper brackets?​

I think you have to switch housings..the 05's up suck!

you can replace just bumper and grill without any mods. You will have to attach the lower part of the grill with something because you are not changing the header panel. Most people use a couple of zip ties to hold the bottom in place.

Right on. And since you are installing the new bumper you won't have to cut the grill like you would if you were keeping the older bumper.


Also - post up some pics when done. I would love to see how this setup looks compared to the whole 05+ front end!!

These guys are great and sell a kit to do the entire front end conversion. I even emailed them so that I could swap out the clear headlights for some harley ones, and just paid the difference. You might want to get a headlight harness though, I got one from a vendor on the site so I didn't have to cut my old pigtails.

For less then a couple hundred you can also pick up some eagle eye 05+ stock headlights. You almost can't tell the difference.

I couldn't find anything through that link about the '05 Conversion Kit. Can you help out with some more info on the kit? Maybe a link to the actual page. Any help is appreciated.
