Would it be possible to do a survey as on the home page that would Survey 1999-2000 PSD's that exibit the "knock" problem. It would be interesting as to the percentage of owners who have this problem. My 1999.0 truck runs like a sweet sewing machine but my new 2000 Excursion Limited $$$ knocks like an engine ready to die.

A current thread started by MountainMan has a 11-05-99 post by Rick M that describes the knock to a tee. We have all been bantering the problem for sometime in many different threads. I was just wondering percentage wise how big a problem this is. The 2000 engines seem to be the worst hit but that is only a guess. Thank you
