You have a drain valve on your fuel filter bowl. I goes down the right side of the engine block about half way. There is a yellow handle on the bottom aft part of your fuel filter bowl. This valve allows you to drain the fuel from your fuel filter. I added a rubber tube to the drain line to make it come out below the engine for proper draining. If you will drain the fuel filter with the yellow drain valve first, then you can remove the filter and replace it with a new one. Put the fuel filter cap back on and turn your ignition key back on for about 30 seconds. This will re-pressurize the fuel manifold and allow the truck to start.
