Biodiesel is an Ester, and also has some solvent effect. Esters are polarized (attracted to other stuff like a magnet or static electricity). Over time they have a natural cleaning effect. If you run B100 through your fuel system over time it will clean the areas it contacts. You can run a synthetic oil or AutoRX (both ester based) to clean the other parts of the injectors during operation. If you are pulling your injectors to clean them then I'm not sure how effective B100 would be.

Brew 30 gallons of Bio-D. This clean my injectors, gave me more power, AND made the truck run quieter.

do you recommend any fuel additive to clean the injectors quicker? any recommendations for an oil additive? I saw several in the store, STP and Lucas I think, but I couldn't tell much about them.

Check out BITOG for info on oil additives. Personally, other than a temporary cleaning additive like AutoRX or a good engine flush, I wouldn't use any.

Regular use of a good fuel additive will keep the injectors clean and well lubed, and usually give an increase in mileage. Personally I use either Power Service Diesel Kleen (available at wal mart), or Stanadyne (harder to find but the additive of choice for may).

BTW you can fill in your signature with your vehicle info and that will help people to give you more specific info. Just click "My Home" at the top of the page, scroll down and edit your personal info. There is a field there for signature, and location.

Is AutoRx sold retail? I added Diesel Kleen to the front tank yesterday, and it sounds quieter and has more kick than before. (I'm running bio out of the rear tank and will let it clean on it's own time.) It's hard to say how quieter since replacing the rubber fuel lines, the fuel filter, and changed the oil and filter for the first time in probably a year or so--bought it in April--and the engine has quieted down unexpectedly. Tough to gauge the improvements yet. Things to look for?
Added a few things to my signature but realized I don't know what to add. All factory except rubber fuel lines, a jerry rigged hardline fuel return, new solenoids, relay, ignition switch, and driver's negative battery cable, and new mc and power booster.
