So when I go to start my truck it will fire right up. After it has run for a while at running temp( bear in mind it runs completely normal) and I turn it off and go into the grocery store. Come out 30min later and it doesn't want to start unless I shoot it up with starter fluid. Any ideas?

Most likely the injector pump is worn out. Try pouring some TEPID water over the pump to cool it off and then try to start the engine. If it fires right up, then you need to replace the IP.

DO NOT pour cold water on the IP..WARM/TEPID water only.
