I have a 95 f350 on mornings with a temp of 60 or below the truck starts fine idles fine I can drive about a one mile and it seems to be running out of fuel skipping, rattling, shaking, no power, but no smoke. I can pull over and let it idle for a while then rev it a few times till it clears up then it runs fine with no problems. I changed fuel filter, cleaned fpr screen, and use anti-gel.

put tire guage on the schrader valve and check the PSI when this happens or even befor it happens and after too and you should have 50 or higher.
You should see aboce 30 when cranking over too
