I was looking under my hood for a spot to get power for my fog lights. I saw the Big fused box under the hood and theres a box right beside it That it looks like its set up to put spade conecters in for power for lights ext. Is this right?? If not where should i go and get power for the fog lights?? can i hook into the factory fog light circuit my truck didnt have factory ones.

If you truck did not have factory fogs, the circuit is missing from the switch.
I think the box you are refering to is the relay box for such things as the trailer circuit ect.
I would run the fogs directly from the battery with a relay and a switch, fused of course.
