Alright guys i have a 2002 7.3 with a garret GT38r turbo. I have done the crank case vent relocation. I didn't have any oil in the innercooler system for long time. I blew the top boot on the driver side, and she spewed oil all over my engine compartment. Dose anyone know what causes this? Could it be the Turbo leaking internaly? I am also looking for a kick but set of boots and clamps if anyone has any ideas.

You can get one of the higest quality set of boots and clamps from dieselsite.com.
Not sure about the oil. I have ~30k miles on the 38R with stock CCV and have blown the stock upper driver boot twice. I don't remember seeing lots of oil in the engine compartment. As I recall the oil was more of a vapor-spew then it was a drenching. Just how much oil spewed?

uhhh check the engine valley for oil, check around your hpop for oil (rings) .. theres no way an 'upper' intake boot would spew a bunch of oil when 'popped' off by boost...

and.. look at your oil pan... but maybe you 'turbo oil rings' werent seated properly, in turn they were but the turbo pedistal and or turbo botls wernt tight enough now oil is spewing.. which should occur with the more boost you give the truck...
