how difficult would it be to install a boost gauge and a air/fuel gauge on a 97 f-250 powerstroke??

Boost is easy.
Air/Fuel is only done on GASSERS, not diesels.
You want a PYROMETER on a diesel.
click on cobalts in my signature.
THe majority of a guage install is just running the wires into the cab, and being NEAT about it.
