any ideals on getting it out before i pull head it is a 97 f250 this just on top of my other problem of the romp,.romp at start up .just thought i would ck them and replace bad one guess should have left it alone

got it did search found little slide hammer tool work great .guess i should have done search to start with .man this is a great site.
