This engine has no glow plugs.
What it does have is an intake heater.
On my truck, the relay is on the firewall, next to the 'jumbo' fuses.
The heater is behind the plate/adapter on the manifold, where the turbo piping comes into the manifold after the intercooler.
Follow the big wire back,it should lead to the relay.
