Okay i have had my stroke for about a year now and it will vibrate like crazy sometimes (maybe clutch slipping) Sometimes runs fine. Would the dm flywheel cause this and do i need to go to a solid fw??? the clutch itself was replaced about 25,000 miles ago but the fw wasn't changed or seviced? dont know what to do.

Definately sounds like the flywheel is coming apart. Some peole will drive for thousands of miles before it comes apart, others will drive it for a week before it breaks. But, when it goes it really tears up a lot of things behind it and the bell housing around it.

I would convert to a SMFW as soon as time and money allows. You will also have to replace the clutch with the new flywheel.

I have a South Bend Clutch setup and couldn't be happier.

Good luck
