Hey everyone. I have been reading for a long time and decided to finally sign up and say hi and thanks for all the great info. I am running a 7.3 on a 60/40 wvo mix. I have a question about a another type of fuel and want to know if anyone else has tried it. My uncle has a farm with a couple of natural gas wells. They pump of what they call "gree oil" to keep them flowing smothly. This is a waist product that they have some one remove once it reaches a certain level. Well my uncle told me about a hunter that was out on their on the farm ( a old timer ) that was running low on fuel and asked him if he minded if he took a couple gallons out of his pump off. He said that he watch this guy take it directly from the barrel and put about 3 to 5 gallons striaght into the tank, thanked him and drove off. What I want to know is if anyone else is running the same thing. If so what steps do you take. I think that I will filter it and cut it about the same maybe 70/30.

Some would be surprised what people have run diesels on. Some not. Is it good for it? Time will tell, how valuable is your truck? If I had a beater benz I'd feed it what ever I could get my hands on, not in my truck. I'll bet most any type of oil clean, water free and cut with diesel would run in a diesel.
