I love the way that these grills look, and it looks to me like they will be a direct fit onto our trucks. Has anyone tried this out?

I am considering throwing on one of these grills with the old F-O-R-D letters across the front of the hood for a custom retro look. Maybe I won't, though...just a thought...

I dont know how well it would fit. The 80-86 grille is more square and you grill is tapered towards the bottom.

I dont know about the grill. But you could change out the whole front end, fenders, hood, bumper, lights, grill etc.

No reason it couldn't be done, but I think you'd have to do the hood and fenders too...

If you did the front fenders they wouldn't match the rear. I've seen some trucks that did the opposite change the front to our style.

Ben at Unlimited Diesel has a '94.5 with an '81 front end on it. I think he just changed the dog house and bed and used the original cab
