Happens while driving any faster that walking speed up until about 120kph.
Happens in 2wd and 4wd, and when the hubs are manually locked. Happens when accelerating and decelerating. Both front bearings seem firm.

Sounds like its coming from the front, but i cant be certain. More of a hum than a grind.

Transmission? Where should i start?

Does it happen when your going around a corner or on a road with a slight turn in the wheel? Have you cut the engine off to see if it goes away?

Check the driveshaft u-joints and the rear DS center bearing (if you have one).
Noises are hard to pin down whether front or back of the truck.
