Does anyone here ever organize group purchases? That's where someone arranges with a vendor/manufacturer to get a discounted price on something if there are a minimum number of orders. This is done all the time on another car UBB I'm on but I don't see it here. In many cases the savings can be significant.

In general, the sponsors get involved and can have an even better return on their sponsorship money.
