Ive replaced in 6 mos. IP, All new glow plugs, new manual relay, just put in 8 new oem injectors, new starter, new elec fuel pump. Sooooo,WTHeck is going on? I have to glow my plugs at 75-80 degree temps here in Az. Now thats just wrong! Initial morn start, glow then start, lotta smoke, takes while to warm up, at 65 degrees? After, I have to glow, sometimes will start, sometimes not... Driving me Krazy! CDNARSGUY prolly knows the answer..
Hard start when warm!

How many miles on the engine? How is the the coolant level? With all of the fuel line work you have done is there a possiblity of air getting into your fuel system? The electric pump is good at purging but won't solve all of your problems.
