So youtube makes it look really easy to rebuild your injectors to fix stiction and save $2k. Has anyone on here ever done this and if so how long did it last?

Also what else would be recommended to change out/fix while I'm into the motor that fare?

No sure at all but I think you can't get rebuild kit for injectors anymore....

My suggestion is get some new one or at leas some reman. That way your sure the injectors are tested and good.
