See lots of Dana 60 swaps into F250's but haven't found anyone swapping both front and rear from a 99+ into an OBS.

I am not really looking for the Pro's and Con's more of does anyone have any first hand knowledge of Technical issues that had to be overcome?

I.E.,

Width of axle, width of spring pads, track bar mounts, pitman arm, tie-rods, VSSB issues? Can these be fairly easily overcome?

Reason I ask is they are becoming plentiful in the aftermarket and I like the 3.73's and disk brakes and definitely want a straight axle so why not by SD wheels and both axles? just haven't had access to crawl under one long enough to do all the measuring.

The rear disk brakes may require a different master cylinder. Of course you would have to buy new wheels for the new bolt pattern. The new front axles are mostly Dana 50's - not 60's and have unit bearings which makes replacements much more expensive. These are the things I know about the differences, which only scratches the surface.
