Yep thats right, this Friday bright and early at 4 am im headed to beans. Its around 800 miles and i will be pulling an empty fb trailer so im guesstimating maybe 6pm arrival. No upgrades planned /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif, maybe a dyno run though if he can get one setup. Then on to Illinois to pick up equipment and complete the trip. Just thought id give all ya TN ******** a heads up so maybe you could get to meet a KS *******!

Cool, nice trip to get some mpg's and egt's reports. Are you going to try different chip settings to see which ones best for cruise mpg...ect

Well talked to Luke a little while ago, the trip to beans went fine. Truck ran good but pulling the trailer really killed fuel milage, wel lthat and playing with the new turbo!

850 miles since i left home, 750 miles today and made it in 12 hrs and probably avgd around 11-12 mpg. Dont ask how fast i was driving /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif .

Whew, what a weekend! 1955 miles (4 days) and no breakdowns, well sorta. I was getting ready to leave Beans sat evening and no start /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif. We checked fuses, relays, fuel, hpo, cps, idm and still no start, so the ecm came outta his truck and into mine. Fired right up, so now we need an ecm for an auto....great 6pm on sat night good luck /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Well long story short Beans dad needed some front end work done on his work truck so he lent me his ecm so i could finish the trip!!!

Oh and fuel mileage, we wont go there. Most of the trip to TN the truck never left that little peg on the speedo, TN to Il i slowed down a bit. On the way home (18-19k gvw) i did slow to 78- 80 that way i wouldnt have to stop for fuel every 30 miles. Ok im joking i will figure fuel mileage tomorrow and post it for all that are interested.
