Never done one on a Ford truck but I replaced heater cores on two Crown Vics (85 and a 93)and I wouldn't wish that on anyone, not even RDG. Ford has a nasty habit of installing the heater core first, then they bolt everything on the firewall on top of it. The Crown Vics dash had to be dropped down and pulled forward. With so little room under the hood of these current generation Fords I can't believe it would be an easy job. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
