vaccuum leak somewhere. could possibly be a faulty esof pump. turn the car on and if the pump stays on for more than a few seconds, theres a problem. start at hubs and work your way up looking for cracks. check all the connections around the pump and tank. also pull the glove compartment down and youll see a vaccuum line there, make sure it hasnt come apart. i had the same problem with my truck, but the dealership could not get it fixed, they replaced everything. it wasnt until i swapped in some warn premium hubs and T'd off the vaccuum line to the hubs that everything started working normal again...

Check behind the glove box too. There is a connection that can be accidentally unplugged.
