I have a 2002 F-350 crewcab, shortbox, 4x4, 7.3 diesel, auto. The steering in the truck seems to be heavy, I have replaced the ball joints, checked the tie rods ends, flushed the system and it is still quite stiff. Are there any improvements or upgrades to make it steer a little lighter. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Try synthetic power steering fluid. That seemed to help my truck.
