YouTube - 2006 F250 POWERSTOKE 6.0 ENGINE KNOCKING

My truck is making this annoying knocking or knacking sound. No issues with performance or black smoke. I tried spraying the serpentine belt with conditioner, didn't do anything.

So what do you think-
belt/pulley idler arm
turbo
injector

It's very loud and it just started about 100 miles ago

it sounds mechanical. it does it at idle, so i don't think it's turbo. doesn't sound like a pulley or belt issue, it sounds like a car with a sticky lifter.

Had the exact same sound, Tried everything. Took the belt off and no change. The best i can tell is that it is a fuel injection problem. The reason i say that is i changed my oil and had it analyzed nothing out of the ordinary. I put in Howes extreme service fuel treatment and that took my noise away. It took 2 or 3 tank fulls but it did work. I also developed a rough cold start this also help with that. I would guess it is bad injectors or just dirty. It started this not to long after i changed my fuel filter
