I need help identifying an attached electronic device to my pickup truck which is the 1995 7.3 Powerstroke. I have attached photos of the device from SP Diesel. I bought this truck used about two years ago. I have tried to find something about it on the internet. All I find is the company website but nothing that looks like the device. It is mounted next to my steering column under the dash. It has a couple of wire harnesses that are plugged into it but I can't tell where the wires go to.

its either a power box or an exhaust brake.
or possibly a shut down timer
need to see where the wires go
