Help no a/c

I A/C quite on me today and I can’t get it to start back up, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/vomit.gif No fan all I hear when I turn it on is a small hissing noise that goes away about 15 seconds after it on. Do you guys have any idea on what this could be? Please help it’s starting to warm up around here.

Did you check fuses to see if you blew the fan fuse?
Fuse 22 - Blower Motor Relay Coil
Fuse 24 - A/C clutch

These are in the fuse panel under the steering wheel.

Sorry I should have stated that before, but been there done that. I think it might be the fan clucth, nothing kicks in.
