Sounds like no air is coming through your vents at all? If you've checked the fuse for the blower motor, then it's probably a bad blower motor.
With the A/C on, put your fan selector switch on High. Go around and tap on your blower motor, see if it comes on. If it comes on, it's bad and needs to be replaced. If it does not, check and see if you've got fire going to it. If you've got fire going to it, it's bad and needs to be replaced. If you've got no fire, then it's something upstream from the blower motor.
If I've misunderstood and you do have air coming through your vents, then it's something else entirely.
